well, another Anime North has come and gone, and I bothered to make a new costume this year. will be posted shortly, once I get the pictures off my friends. ALSO! I will be doing more drawing! New stuff is being added to the scraps section as we speak! Cosplay-wise, I have been pretty discouraged at both the lack of interesting new costumes to make, and the shortage of knowledge and skill required to make the ones I've been wanting to make (Korean RPGs are full of uber-evil costumes that look awesome and are nigh impossible to reproduce in the real world). Woo, new year, new journal entry! I've been heavy on the craftyness lately, but most of them are not with me anymore. It seems that I'm really only motivated by two factors - making things for somebody else, and last minute panic. Therefore my recent creations all went to people for craft swaps on craftster. I wonder what the approaching anime con for this year will force me to do? BTW, as crazy as this sounds, I draw too! Please check out my scraps section and leave feedback!

Currently, I am very busy with sprouting a bunch of plants in our bathroom. Being vegetarian, I got the bright idea that growing my own veggies would be much healthier. They'd be organic and pesticide free, and much tastier than the kind you get from the grocery store that were trucked across a thousand miles to get there. Right now, my plants are just at he seedling stage, so I'll have to settle for grocery veggies for a while. Four knitting projects are currently on hold while I finish up my next monster plushie. Then I have to start on my cosplay costume for this year's Anime North convention, else I won't have anything new to wear. At t
